Shipping Options & Rates

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. During peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school), processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional days.

Shipping Zones

We currently ship to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. International shipping is available to select countries - please contact us for rates and availability.

Special Handling

• Rare & Collectible Books: Shipped with extra protective packaging and tracking
• Large Orders: Orders over 20 books may require additional processing time
• Pre-Orders: Books will ship on or shortly after the official release date
• Gift Wrapping: Available for $3.99 per item - includes elegant wrapping and gift note

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also track your order by logging into your account or using our order lookup tool for guest orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love every book you purchase from us. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Returnable Items

• New books in original condition
• Used books in the same condition as received
• Unopened audiobooks and digital media
• Bookstore merchandise and gifts
• Café merchandise (mugs, tote bags, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-ordered books
• Digital downloads or e-books
• Gift cards
• Items damaged by customer use
• Books with writing, highlighting, or other markings
• Items returned after 30 days

How to Return Items

Return Shipping

We provide prepaid return shipping labels for most returns. If returning an item due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit), return shipping is completely free. For other returns, a $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different title or edition, simply return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you receive your new book as quickly as possible. If the new item costs less, we'll refund the difference. If it costs more, we'll send a payment request for the additional amount.

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days, while other payment methods may take 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.

What to Do If Your Package Is Damaged

• Take photos of the damaged package and contents
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Keep all packaging materials until we provide return instructions
• We'll investigate with the shipping carrier and provide a resolution quickly

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Shipping Rates

• Canada: $12.99 for standard shipping (7-14 business days)
• United Kingdom: $19.99 for standard shipping (10-21 business days)
• European Union: $24.99 for standard shipping (14-28 business days)
